1. These terms
These terms apply to any order placed with Beta Medica Ltd ("BetaMedica", company number 14208472, address: Director General's House, 15 Rockstone Place, Southampton, Hampshire SO15 2EP) through betamedica.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to them.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We'll confirm your order by email once payment has been taken. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch.
3. Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. Trade account orders may be invoiced separately on terms agreed directly with BetaMedica.
4. Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom. Estimated dispatch times are shown at checkout; these are estimates, not guarantees. [Add courier, delivery cost and timescale detail.]
5. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, most orders placed by individual consumers can be cancelled within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This does not apply to items that are sealed for health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery, or to trade orders agreed under separate terms.
